Thank you for your interest in joining Teenshop.

Our enrollment ends on September 30th for the new program year.

Before you submit this questionnaire, please note the basic membership requirement:  Girls 13 to 18 years of age, full-time students who are not parents.

If your application is approved for membership consideration, we will request a $50.00 deposit to reserve your space. Please DO NOT submit a deposit at this time or it will be returned.  Prior to acceptance, prospective members will be required to attend a pre-enrollment workshop with a parent or guardian to learn more about Teenshop.
