Summer Leadership Conference

Teenshop's annual residential Summer Leadership Conference is held on the campus of Bryn Mawr College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. Through an innovative series of workshops, the rising seniors are afforded the opportunity to enhance their leadership skills, learn the pathways to success from outstanding professionals, prepare for real-life on campus, and develop new friendships.

A unique aspect of our Conference is that each girl's participation is paid for by a successful working woman who will also mentor the teen during her senior year in high school. Additionally, all workshop presenters generously volunteer their time.
